If you have a file number, you can request a new appointment after logging into the SiHi system:https://sihi.ksu.edu.sa/

  • Select the Appointments icon
  • Select Previous Appointments
  • Select the clinic you previously visited to request a new appointment
  • Complete the required fields and click the "Request New Appointment" button
  • If you do not have a file in the King Saud University Medical City, you can submit a treatment eligibility request at the following link: https://eligibility.ksu.edu.sa/patientform.aspx

  1. Log in to the Seha website: https://sihi.ksu.edu.sa/
  2. Select the Medical Reports icon
  3. Select Sick Leave Request
  4. Complete the required fields
  5. Click the ""Submit"" icon
  6. You will receive a sick leave message from the Sehaty platform.
